Supervision
A reflective space for clinicians who already know something needs to change.
I work with emerging and seasoned social workers, counsellors, and mental health clinicians who are navigating the ethical, emotional, and systemic pressures of contemporary practice.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, reflective practice, and clinician sustainability — supporting professionals to work with integrity without burning themselves out.
Our Services
Professional Supervision for Mental Health Practitioners
I offer professional supervision for social workers, counsellors, and mental health practitioners who wish to engage in reflective, ethical, and sustainable practice.
My work is informed by over 20 years’ experience across child protection, family and relationship therapy, university teaching and supervision, and private practice.
Supervision is offered in individual and small-group formats and supports:
Reflective and ethical clinical practice
Professional development and skill refinement
Burnout awareness and workload sustainability
Navigating complex clinical and systemic contexts
Sessions are structured, contained, and reflective, providing space to think clearly and integrate professional learning.

Reflective Practice Circles
Reflective Practice Circles are small, guided group spaces for mental health practitioners who value connection, thoughtful reflection, and ethical practice.
These circles offer a supportive environment to slow down, think together about the complexities of practice, and build sustainable ways of working. Sessions are structured and reflective, with a focus on shared learning rather than fixing or crisis support.
Clinician Education
Clinician Education offerings support mental health practitioners to deepen reflective practice and strengthen professional confidence over time.
These programs provide practical frameworks and learning grounded in trauma-informed principles, designed to complement supervision and support sustainable, ethical practice
Participation is by enquiry to ensure fit and group cohesion.
